2. Log in with your email address
3. Find your active subscription
4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
5. Follow the prompts to confirm
Important Timing Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. If your subscription has already been
charged but not shipped, contact us immediately and we may be able to cancel the order.
Already Charged? If you've already been billed for an order, that order will still ship. You can either:
- Keep the product (subscription will not renew)
- Contact us to arrange a return once it arrives
Alternatives to Canceling Before you cancel, consider these options:
- Skip a shipment - Delay your next order without canceling
- Pause your subscription - Take a break and resume later
- Change frequency - Get orders less often (every 60 or 90 days)
