Cancel Online
- Go to: https://sub.jivenu.com/login
- Enter your subscription email and click the magic link we send you
- Find your active subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm
Important Timing Cancelling stops future renewals only. We send a reminder email 3 days before every renewal, so please cancel before your next billing date if you do not want another order. Once a renewal has been charged, fulfilment starts immediately and that order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Already Charged? If you have already been billed for a renewal, that order will still ship, and you will not be charged again after cancelling. Renewal orders are not eligible for return under our 30-day guarantee, which covers the first order of a product only.
Alternatives to Cancelling Before you cancel, consider these options in your portal:
- Skip a shipment - Delay your next order without cancelling
- Pause your subscription - Take a break and resume later
- Change frequency - Get orders less often
- Swap flavors - Try a different flavor
