Enter the email address you used for your subscription and we will send you a magic link to log in. No password needed.
What You Can Do in the Portal:
- View your upcoming orders and billing dates
- Change your subscription frequency
- Push your next order date back
- Swap flavors
- Skip your next shipment
- Pause your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Change your shipping address
- Cancel your subscription
Making Changes Any changes you make apply to your next scheduled order. We send a reminder email 3 days before every renewal, so that is a good time to make changes. Once a renewal has been charged, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, because fulfilment starts right away.
