Need to update your shipping address? Here is what you can do.
If Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet Email us at hello@jivenu.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Orders placed before 2 PM Central usually ship the same day, so time is short. We will do our best to update the address before the order leaves our warehouse, but we cannot guarantee it.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped We cannot change the address once the package is in transit. You may be able to:
- Contact the carrier shown on your tracking link to request a redirect
- Use the carrier's package intercept service (fees may apply)
Other Changes Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel or edit it, even a few minutes later. Please double-check your address and items at checkout.
