Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Need to update your shipping address? Here's what you can do:
If Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet Contact our support team immediately via live chat or email. We can update your address
before the order leaves our warehouse.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the package is in transit. However,
you may be able to:
- Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly to request a redirect
- Use the carrier's package intercept service (fees may apply)
For Future Orders Make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you have a subscription, you can
update your address anytime in your subscription portal.
