Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Jive Nutrition
  2. Click the tracking link in the email
  3. You'll be taken to the carrier's website to see real-time updates

Tracking Not Updating? Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to show movement after your order ships. If it's been more than 48 hours with no updates, contact our support team.

Don't See a Shipping Email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder
  • Make sure you're checking the email address used at checkout
  • Contact us with your order number and we'll resend tracking info

Order Still Processing? Orders typically ship within 24 business hours. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you won't have tracking available. Once it ships, you'll receive an email notification.
