Check These First:
- Look for a second tracking number. Larger orders sometimes ship in more than one package, and each has its own tracking
- Check inside all packaging materials, as smaller items can be tucked away
- Review your order confirmation to verify what was included
- If tracking shows "delivered," give it 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes deliver in parts
