Tracking shows delivered but no package? Here's what to do:
First, Check These Locations:
- Front door, back door, side entrances
- Mailbox or parcel locker
- With a neighbor
- Building lobby, leasing office, or mail room
- Behind bushes, under door mats, or in other hiding spots
- Garage or any covered areas
Check Tracking Details Look at the delivery scan location and any photos provided by the carrier. Sometimes packages are left in unexpected spots.
Wait 24-48 Hours Occasionally, packages are marked delivered early. Give it a day or two to see if it shows up.
Contact the Carrier If you have a tracking number, contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to:
- Request delivery details
- Ask about the GPS scan location
- File a missing package claim
Still Can't Find It? If 48 hours have passed and you've checked everywhere:
- Contact our support team
- Provide your order number
- Let us know you've searched and the package is not found
What We'll Do: We'll investigate with the carrier and either:
- Confirm delivery location details, or
- Ship a replacement if the package is confirmed lost
Prevent Future Issues: Consider adding delivery instructions to your address (e.g., "leave at back door" or "deliver to leasing office").
