We ship every order from our warehouse in Texas.
Processing Time: Orders placed before 2 PM Central on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM Central ship the next business day.
What Are Business Days? Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and US holidays, so orders placed then ship the next business day.
Example Timelines:
- Order placed Monday at 10 AM Central: usually ships Monday
- Order placed Friday at 6 PM Central: ships Monday
- Order placed Saturday: ships Monday
Why Might My Order Be Delayed? Occasionally, orders may take a little longer due to:
- High order volume during sales or promotions
- Payment or address verification
- Inventory restocking
Once It Ships You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days after shipping.
