How do I skip or pause my subscription?

Have too much product or need to take a break? No problem! You can skip or pause your subscription anytime.

Skip Your Next Shipment

  1. Log into your subscription portal: jivenu.com/a/loop_subscriptions/customer
  2. Find your subscription
  3. Click "Skip Next Order" or "Skip Shipment"
  4. Your subscription will resume with the following scheduled order

Pause Your Subscription If you need a longer break:

  1. Log into your subscription portal
  2. Select "Pause Subscription"
  3. Choose how long you'd like to pause
  4. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period

When to Make Changes Make sure to skip or pause before your next billing date. Once an order is billed, it will ship as scheduled.

Resume Anytime You can resume a paused subscription at any time through your portal. Your next order will be scheduled based on your subscription frequency.
