How do I skip or pause my subscription?

Have too much product or need a break? You can skip or pause your subscription anytime.

Skip Your Next Shipment

1. Log in to your subscription portal: https://sub.jivenu.com/login
2. Find your subscription
3. Click "Skip Next Order" or "Skip Shipment"
4. Your subscription will resume with the following scheduled order

Pause Your Subscription If you need a longer break:

1. Log in to your subscription portal
2. Select "Pause Subscription"
3. Choose how long you would like to pause
4. Your subscription will resume after the pause period

You can also push your next order date back or change your frequency from the same page.

When to Make Changes Skip or pause before your next billing date. We send a reminder email 3 days before every renewal. Once a renewal is charged, fulfilment starts immediately and it cannot be cancelled or refunded, so it will ship as scheduled.

Resume Anytime You can resume a paused subscription at any time through your portal. Your next order will be scheduled based on your subscription frequency.
