Change Your Flavor
- Log in to your subscription portal: https://sub.jivenu.com/login
- Find your active subscription
- Click on the product to modify it
- Select your new flavor from the available options
- Save your changes
When Will the Change Apply? Your new flavor will be included in your next scheduled order. Orders that have already been charged cannot be changed.
Current Flavors Protein Hydrator comes in Blue Raspberry, Strawberry Açaí Lemonade, Rocket Pop and White Peach. White Peach is currently out of stock and we do not have a restock date yet. If your subscription is set to a sold-out flavor, your renewal may fail with an inventory or payment error, so swapping to an in-stock flavor keeps your orders on track.
Not Enjoying Your Current Flavor?
- Try more water (20 to 32 oz) for a lighter taste
- Shake with room-temperature water first, then add ice after mixing
