What is Jive Card Credit? Jive Card credit is store credit that can be applied to purchases on jivenu.com. You may have received credit as a goodwill gesture or through a promotion.
How to Use Your Credit:
- Add items to your cart at jivenu.com
- Proceed to checkout
- Make sure you are using the same email address the store credit was issued to
- Tick the "Apply Store Credit" option
- Your credit will be deducted from your order total
Important Details:
- You must use the same email address that received the store credit
- Credit is only valid on jivenu.com (not third-party retailers)
- Credit expires about 120 days after it is issued
- Credit can be combined with promo codes
- Any remaining balance stays on your Jive Card for future use
Credit Not Applying? If your credit is not working:
- Make sure you are checking out with the email address that received the credit
- Check the expiration date
- Verify you ticked "Apply Store Credit" at checkout
