Ready to start a return? Here is the process.
Step 1: Check You're Eligible Our 30-day guarantee covers the first order of a specific product, within 30 days of delivery, with the bag at least 80% full and up to one bag per flavor. Reorders and subscription renewals are not covered.
Step 2: Email Us Email hello@jivenu.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day.
Step 3: Get Your Prepaid Label We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. There is nothing to pay for return shipping.
Step 4: Pack and Ship
- Place the product in its original packaging if possible
- Attach the prepaid label and seal the package well
- Drop it off with the carrier shown on the label
- Ship within 7 days of receiving your label. This is a requirement for the refund.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund Your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return being scanned in transit by the carrier. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Tips for a Smooth Return:
- Keep your return tracking number for reference
- If your order included a free gift, you only need to return it if you are returning all of the flavors
