30-Day Guarantee If you are not happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. This applies to opened bags too.
What's Covered:
- Your first order of a specific product (a first subscription shipment counts)
- Opened or unopened bags, as long as the bag is at least 80% full
- Up to one bag per flavor
What's Not Covered:
- Reorders and subscription renewals of a product you have bought before
- Bags that are less than 80% full
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery (we are not able to offer a refund or store credit outside this window)
Free Gifts If your order came with a free gift, you only need to return the gift if you are returning all of the flavors from that order.
Our Mistakes If we sent the wrong item, your order arrived damaged, a package was lost, or there was a billing error, we will always make it right regardless of the guarantee terms. Email us with your order number and a photo where relevant.
How Returns Work:

- We will send you a prepaid return label
- Ship the product back within 7 days
- Your refund is processed within 10 business days of the return being scanned in transit
Before You Return: If it is the taste, we would love to help. Protein Hydrator is easy to adjust:
- Mix with 12 to 16 oz of room-temperature water as a starting point
- If that is too strong, try 20 to 32 oz for a lighter flavor
- Shake in a shaker bottle with a mixing ball for 10 to 15 seconds, then add ice after mixing
